Our Story

APT 7 is a network and marketplace for BIPOC artists, creatives, and enthusiasts who aim to create intentional space in homes.

Our goal is to build a diverse community where we can share our love and experiences of creating and thriving in an inclusive and supportive space.

A Note from the Founder
Against all odds, APT 7 was born during a global pandemic. It was then when I rediscovered that our homes are our sanctuaries. Let's celebrate our homes while celebrating each other.
The name change (formerly Repose Home) is inspired by living in my home in Echo Park. If you know me or my partner Sean you know that for several years this apartment has hosted many gatherings full of amazing people from family and friends, to friends of friends, to new LA neighbors, to strangers. Although Tuesday Night Dinners have temporarily stopped (the last one was literally right before the lockdown announcement in 2020,) I have big plans for this energy to continue in more ways than one on and off-site.

Sincerely,
