How is Repose Home handling COVID-19?
We have increased precautionary and hygienic measures while handling products and packaging. We also require our vendors who ship directly to handle their items with the same measures. We recommend the practice of washing your hands after receiving any mail, especially while handling the exterior of any packaging.
Please be patient with orders being delivered. Mail carriers are doing the best they can during this time.
Where does Repose Home ship from?
We are based in Echo Park, Los Angeles where some of our products are stored and shipped. Some products are shipped directly from the vendor and are noted in each product description.
Is there a brick-and-mortar where I can browse and pick up?
Currently, Repose Home is only an online store. We want to be able to do pop-ups as soon as it is safe to do so and aim to expand into a physical space eventually. We offer Pickup and Local Delivery on certain items within 5 miles of Echo Park, Los Angeles.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please head to our Shipping & Returns page for instructions on how to make a return. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you'd like to return/exchange an item that is unused. Apothecary, Stationary, Hair Accessories, and Art Prints are Final Sale.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated by size and weight at checkout. Click here for more information. We offer Free Shipping with orders over $100.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we are only shipping within the US. We are looking into being able to ship internationally soon.
